This is the 26th edition of the Festival des camionneurs; however, it's the first year we have a website. As president for 2008, I'm very pleased to invite you to join us in Baker-Brook, on June 27, 28, 29, to celebrate this annual event.
The organizing committee has been very busy planning the various competitions and all kinds of fun activities to make your visit enjoyable. To the traditional activities, we have added the game Find the errors in a truck, a volleyball tournament, games for children, a comedy show, and a golf game (Closer to the pin).
The success of the Festival is due to the contribution of all the committee members and to the numerous volunteers who join our ranks every year. Their generosity has been unfailing for 26 years. At this time, I would like to express my gratitude to all of them for their continued involvement.
Most sincere thanks, also, to our sponsors who have been allowing us to hold this Festival. Without them we could not have made it. We are very grateful for their financial contribution.
Finally, we hope that all of you will accept our invitation and join us in this fun event. We are a small village but we will have a big Festival for you.
